Yes, cooking is nothing big deal for Princess J!
After being a "wife" for 69 days, JM's become more and more fluent during the whole cooking process.
Practice makes Perfect~
Surely my cooking ability has bloody improved heaps since living down under.
Last time Princess J accidently made some very delicious 'soup' with the reagrd that it was supposed to be 'stew'. Therefore making stew successfully was still the aim to go...
When the weather was not so hot the other day, Princess J dicided to give it a try for the stew again.
So I took out the vegies
-- Potatoes, Carrots, Celery, Cabbage and Tomatoes --
from the fridge and cut them into the sizes I like (also with the thinking in mind that they have to be in good and right-for-stewing sizes~~).
Meanwhile, I'd had the rice ready to go~
just need to put it into the GREAT cooker <made in Taiwan>,
It'd do the job for you. :)
When the rice and the stew were almost ready, I placed the wok on the stove, with a bit of olive oil and scrambled some eggs in the taste and style from Grandma (due to my nostalgic and giving the regards to my grandma).
Then just decorated them all in the bowl with the sense of aesthetic~

一點都不難!
不難!不難!不難!嫁做人婦迄今也已69天
做飯的流程公主我早已經駕輕就熟~~

想當然爾
靈巧如我
功力自然是又更上一層啦~
雖然上次因為意外而煮出美味的湯
公主並未因此自滿
仍將成功做出燉滷視為目標
前幾天剛好天氣氣溫感覺對了
於是決定由一家之主(別懷疑,就是公主我!)
操刀大顯身手 再試一次
不囉唆- 馬上從冰箱把要用的食材拿出來---
有紅蘿蔔carrots. 馬鈴薯 potatoes. 西洋芹celery. 大白菜cabbage.(蕃茄tomatoes)
該洗的洗 該殺的殺 (我的意思是切啦)
<切的形狀和大小 事關口感重大 需有慧根>
把前置動作完成 (切好的材料放一盤)~
(得根據不同蔬菜煮熟爛所需時間長短
依次放入---- 紅蘿蔔>馬鈴薯>大白菜梗>西洋芹>大白菜葉.蕃茄)
煮燉滷的同時
把米洗好
放進世界上最宇宙超級無敵霹靂好用的_______
臺灣原裝進口漂洋過海來到南半球的_________________
大同電鍋!!!! <大同大同國貨好~~>
它就會自動把生米煮成熟飯了 * . *
等到電鍋快要跳起來
燉滷也差不多夠入味了
大炒鍋裡放點橄欖油
油熱之後
炒個"阿嬤炒蛋"
(基於我濃厚的鄉愁 及對我阿嬤致意)
最終步驟
運用公主我對審美的極度纖巧感
將他們非常唯美的盛進
充滿藝術性的陶碗裡
大功告成啦~
